Control Systems Engineer

As a Control System Engineer in this position, youd be supporting the team that is responsible for the design, development, and validation of controls systems that are related to A/C, Alternator, Starting, Thermal Systems and Vehicle Propulsive Systems. The ideal candidate for this role, will have a strong background in controls systems engineering and innovative automotive technology.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting testing, validation, and optimization of control systems for automotive applications
- Analyzing data, identifying issues, and developing solutions to enhance software performance and efficiency
- Collaborating closely with feature engineers
- Attending daily stand-up meetings
- Assisting with determining what release content needs to go out

Compensation:
$41/hour - $50/hour
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
- Experience working in the Automotive industry
- 3+ years of experience in integrating controls systems for automotive applications
- Experience with C, C++, MATLAB, or Simulink

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience using YAML
- Knowledge of powertrain systems
- Familiarity with HIL and SIL testing
