  • Performs as a Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) analyst responsible for assisting with program planning and daily operations.
  • Works with the CUI team to continually assess the agency's compliance with all program requirements identified in 32CFR Chapter Part 2002.
  • Meets with members of the agency community to address questions and concerns regarding the data generated or received to identify the proper storage and marking procedures for CUI Program compliance.
  • Defines and enhances computer applications used, works closely with management to know the plans and goals to make immediate developments on the system.
  • Experiences planning and managing agency-wide CUI programs.
  • Maintains ability to analyze statutory, regulatory, and local policies and procedures and develop a gap analysis.
  • Experienced with performing data analysis, interpreting the data, and submitting reports identifying pertinent program performance information for key decision-making.
  • Possesses excellent communication skills and can clearly, and concisely speak to personnel at all levels throughout the organization.
  • Experienced delivering training to individuals, as well as medium and large groups.
  • Experience developing business workflows and process improvements.
  • Suggests new methods and approaches to processes to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance of CUI Programs.
  • Evaluates applications used by the organization and upgrades or enhances existing programs.
  • Handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and or 2-4 years relevant work experience.
  • Must have at least 3 years of overall experience supporting data security or records management.
  • Must have at least 2 years of supporting CUI program.
  • Active Secret clearance or able to obtain.
