The Controls and Instrumentation Engineer helps with development efforts related to semiconductor manufacturing equipment and processes that will define the future roadmaps of semiconductor logic, memory, heterogenous integration, and chip cooling.

Responsibilities
Contributes to one or more of controls, instrumentation, custom circuit design, and fabrication for novel semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
Assists in researching and procurement of various equipment sub-systems.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience

Two years experience of Semiconductor processional experience in electrical engineering, mechatronics, robotics, controls, or other relevant disciplines.
Goal-oriented and ability to prioritize and multitask.
Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a collaborative team environment.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, robotics, controls, or other relevant disciplines.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Masters degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, robotics, controls, or other relevant disciplines.
Experience working in a research or start-up environment.
Prior experience in one or more of the following areas: nanofabrication, precision machine design, mechatronics, systems and controls, instrumentation, optical systems design.
