The Cook 2 position is an intermediate-level cook requiring good communication and some culinary experience. This person should have a professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures. This position may work in different areas of the kitchen and must be flexible to work mornings, afternoons, and evenings typically between 5:00am - 11:30pm, any day of the week including weekends and holidays.

Our good faith belief at the time of this posting is that the hourly pay rate for this position will be $26.725 per hour.

Qualifications:

• Previous cooking experience.
• Hotel experience is welcome but not required.
• Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills.
• Able to work single line stations as well as volume production for banquets.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
