- The Program Assistant supports our Addiction Studies and Psychology faculty in the day-to-day office functions of the department, with additional duties supporting remote learning as needed.
- The work schedule will combine flexible office hours with set hours on Zoom to support meetings and class sessions.

Qualifications
- MS Office and Google suite skills; strong attention to detail; good professional writing skills; organizational ability; willingness to learn Zoom and Sakai at a high enough level to support others, and a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Social media and design or photography skills are a plus but not a requirement.
