Hiring Range : $ 31.31 - $40.70
The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
Responsibilities:
• Researches, develops/acquires and implements improvement systems, methodologies and tools to improve operations.
• Collaborates with Leaders to develop and revise screening indicators.
• Provides on-site training and follow-up for performance improvement teams.
• Performs regulatory documentation preparation, submission, and maintenance. Ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Assists in policy and procedure review process. Coordinates quality improvement initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications Licensure / Certification / Registration:
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the New York Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date preferred.Experience working with behavioral health programs and facilitating performance/quality efforts preferred.
Education:
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing preferred or equivalent based on professional licensure .Must be able to speak, read, write and follow instructions in English.
Work Experience:
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a clinical role and/or behavioral health experience.
Complexity of Work:
• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment.
Personal Protective Equipment:
• Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
