Position Summary

Position is responsible for a variety of tasks ranging from site maintenance to basic mechanical duties on machines. This includes processing and organizing equipment from check-in to rental/delivery stages, weekly inventory audits, minor equipment assembly, minor facility maintenance and upkeep, trash removal, and applicable paperwork.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Site maintenance including cleaning machines so they are neat in appearance and arranging equipment in yard in proper order by classification.
• Minor facilities repair and maintenance
• Clean and prepare equipment to be serviced and repaired.
• Equipment check-in.
• Basic machine maintenance (i.e. check & change oil).
• Trash collection and removal.
• Minor equipment assembly.
• Keep equipment clean and organized on the yard, maintain wash bay and yard clean and professional looking at all time
• Keep grass cut and trash picked up around outside of fence and all of yard.
• Grease, lube, and service equipment as assigned by coordinator or Shop Leadman.
• The deadline, service line, and equipment staging areas are to be kept clean and organized at all times.
• Deliver and pick up equipment as assigned by the sales coordinator.
• Complete any and all special assignments or projects from the store manager in a timely manner.

Position Requirements

Required:

• Knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through a high school education with technical training.
• Entry level position with technical or farming equipment background would be a plus.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• May need to be able to maintain Class B CDL but not required
• Ability to conduct self in a professional manner at all times
