Job Summary:
The Contracts Coordinator supports team members responsible for managing and overseeing the processing of customer and third-party contracts. In addition, they will assist in post close case queue management, quality assurance/proofreading, data entry, and ad hoc assignments.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Receiving daily production assignments to support team
  • Creating documents using form templates
  • Entering data based on standard work process and procedures
  • Researching issues involving transactions that did not process (due to incorrect entry, out-of-sequence steps, incomplete information)
  • Reading, analyzing, and performing quality control on samples of documents and workflow to identify issues and refer to subject matter expert team members
  • Pulling reports and updating reports, as directed
  • Investigating and resolving issues throughout the lifecycle of contracts
  • Other duties as required based on projects and business needs

Working Conditions:
  • Work Location: This position is fully remote; the employee must have reliable internet access.
  • Schedule: Standard work hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm CST, Monday through Friday.
  • Overtime: Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs. Flexibility in working hours is expected to accommodate these requirements, with advance notice provided whenever possible.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree business management or operations management preferred.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer service, operations, or relevant work experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including an ability to effectively communicating with cross-functional departments.
  • Maintains composure and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments, ensuring all deadlines are met without compromising quality or attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Cultural fit personally and professionally. Must possess a positive, can-do attitude and outgoing personality to deliver the best service for our customers, external stakeholders, and internal employees.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Understanding of the deregulated retail electricity or natural gas markets, preferred.
  • Customer Care or Operational skills experience a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and CRM software.
