Under the general supervision of the Correctional Counselor II (Supervisor) and indirect supervision from the Facility Captain, the Correctional Counselor I will provide casework services for General Population inmates, Short Term Restricted Housing Unit, Administrative Segregation inmates, Enhanced Outpatient inmates, or Mental Health Crisis Bed inmates, dependent upon assigned caseload. This position plays a significant role in providing services to inmate-patients in the Mental Health Services Delivery System.
