RemX is looking for Call Center Reps in Costa Mesa.

Location: Fully onsite, contract to hire

Pay: $20/hr - non bilingual, $21/hr bilingual (English/Spanish) candidate

Hours:

12pm-8:30pm EST (9am-5:30pm PST)

1pm-9:30pm EST (10am-6:30pm PST)

2:30pm-11pm EST (11:30am-8pm PST)

Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities:
  • Inbound calls only
  • Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues
  • Provide education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests
  • Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance

Requirements:
  • 1 year of customer service experience with the same company
  • High School diploma
  • Goal-driven and detail oriented
