Summary:
The CPR Office Manager is responsible for the oversight of daily operations of the CPR Office. Provides leadership to achieve unit, departmental and institutional outcomes within a rapidly changing environment. Applies advanced knowledge of management principles and national and state regulations to manage systems of emergency training and response, personnel development, fiscal and unit operations, performance improvement and program development. Promotes innovation and excellence in service and team performance.
Education:
Baccalaureate degree in Nursing, MSN preferred, from an accredited School of Nursing
Work Experience:
Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience as a registered nurse including at least three years of leadership and/or management experience. Prior management of CPR franchise preferred.
