Overview

The Creative Director role is a multifaceted position that requires many strengths. We are looking for someone who exudes creative excellence and has strong strategic brand and design leadership experience. They lead with thought and strategic intent, and tremendous potential to bring their team to their best work. Our ideal candidate is an avid sports fan and has a fascination with opportunities at the intersection between fan experience, human emotion, technology, innovation, and emerging trends that in-turn drive ticket sales.
The ideal candidate will build and promote a culture anchored in research, data, and creative experimentation, and collaboration that works across both B2B and B2C initiatives. The role will require this leader to constantly adapt, learn and reposition the teams to better serve our marketing and sales efforts with continuous consideration towards industry trends, emerging solutions, and new insights.

Responsibilities
  • Lead B2B/B2C creative teams and ensure their creative output is at the highest level, while reporting into the SVP Marketing
  • Help build a team of world class talent through fostering industry relationships and existing networks
  • Ensure creative is at the cutting edge of new innovations and industry trends
  • Develop cross-functional relationships to establish and maintain creative process and excellence across the organization
  • Oversee brand consistency from a copy and visual point of view and adhere to FIFA's review and approval process
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Manage a team made up of art directors, designers, copywriters, and motion/video designers with the support of project management.


Qualifications
  • 10+ years of agency/brand experience in a management role
  • Outstanding Portfolio: You demonstrate exceptional originality, innovation and multi-disciplinary thinking through your work
  • You have created world-class campaigns and content for ambitious brands across sports, travel, hospitality, and luxury landscapes
  • Leadership Skills: You are a leader who can plan, organize, motivate and improve the creative output of those around you
  • Creative Vision: You see the bigger picture and define a strategic creative vision
  • Big Idea Thinker: You go beyond the executional or tactical and come with campaignable thoughts that work across media
  • Production Expertise: You understand the critical importance of the production process and are an expert in making sure it delivers exceptional work

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$112,500 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$150,000 annually
