Position Overview

To achieve our ambitious mission, we are modernizing our Marketing Department with digital marketing transformation to improve brand outreach, customer targeting, personalization, and overall efficiency in the marketing delivery model. You will be part of an agile model to optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive growth and retention.

The position will be responsible for driving strategic marketing initiatives using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. The position will leverage marketing automation tools, data integration, and customer journey design to enhance engagement, optimize campaigns, and drive business growth. The position will also execute campaigns in all aspects of Marketing Cloud including, but not limited to, email, SMS, mobile, advertising and more.

Job Description

  • Develop, design, and help execute email, SMS, and IVR marketing campaigns to engage our audience and drive conversions.
  • Architect a systematized communications library to ensure content is up-to-date, on brand and accurate.
  • Establish metrics, track progress, and develop tools to improve communication effectiveness
  • Develop and implement communications plans, strategies that support business goals and objectives
  • Personalize content in Salesforce Marketing Cloud via Content Studio and match content with Journeys to meet desired behavior.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements to Salesforce CRM that align with business objectives and user needs.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies in email marketing, graphic design, and digital marketing.
  • Maintain email, SMS, IVR and other marketing calendars, schedules, and workflows to ensure timely execution and delivery of campaigns.
  • Provide support and training to team members on email marketing tools, techniques, and best practices.
  • Perform editorial and QA functions including online research, fact-check, proofread, etc., member and provider marketing materials, ensuring error-free, health literate output at all times
  • Manage budgets for each vendor, updating budget trackers as needed
  • Utilize graphic design skills and to create compelling visuals, graphics, and layouts for marketing collateral, presentations, and digital assets.
  • Other duties, as assigned


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • 6+ years of communications experience.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in email/SMS/IVR marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing design and writing.
  • Understanding of email/SMS marketing best practices, deliverability, and compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making and campaign optimization.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, and development teams.
  • Knowledge of WordPress and experience with content management systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Content Studio is a plus.
