Insight Global is looking for a CRM Data Engineer II to join one of our clients in Richmond VA. Hybrid 2 days onsite per week. This person will coordinate and process requests for MS Dynamics CRM SQL data integration tasks. This role involves validating requirements, identifying system needs, and recommending effective solutions. The specialist collaborates with the team to develop comprehensive CRM solutions, identifies data sources, creates data flow diagrams, and designs and documents processes. They develop complex data structures and workflows using MS SQL, Dynamics CRM integration tools, and other resources.

This person will need to be able to pass a credit check.
The pay range for this person is $50-70hr depending on skillset.

Required Skills & Experience

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including database design, query language and optimization, T-SQL, ETL, SSIS
Ability to work with large databases and high volume/velocity processes
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, particularly data integration
Knowledge of business process analysis including experience translating complex business requirements into technical specifications
Knowledge of data quality and data steward practices
Basic knowledge of system administration practices
Understanding of banking business practices and data
