Essential Functions

Contact prospective students and school personnel to recruit and admit to the college to meet annual enrollment goals, including regular travel to high schools, college fairs, and special events. Collaborate with university marketing, admissions, and outreach teams in the execution of recruitment strategies. Evaluate progress towards targets by collecting and analyzing data and reports. Coordinate participation of the college and its academic departments in virtual and in-person recruiting programs and events both on- and off-campus, including info sessions and tours.
Identify the need for marketing and digital collateral and promotional items, including contributing to their development with the college and university marketing teams. Remain current with knowledge of educational trends, issues, and challenges for public universities and engineering and computing preparation programs. Attend regularly scheduled meetings and complete other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required. At least two years of related professional experience. Knowledge of recruitment, application or admission procedures. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently in position responsibilities. Demonstrated enthusiasm for college student recruitment and commitment to diversity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's in STEM field, Business, Communications, or a related discipline; Experience using CRM software. Knowledge of academic programs in engineering.
