BWC is currently operating under a hybrid schedule that may incorporate both teleworking and in-person office hours. Employees must be able to report to the office when requested by management &/or for their initial job training.

What You'll Do:
  • Handles application and inquiry intake box and assigns to worklists
  • Receives & processes provider applications/record update requests
  • Ability to properly utilize several BWC systems and external websites necessary to perform work duties
  • Verifies data via professional contacts by phone or in writing to customers for information
  • Handle complex inquires utilizing provider enrollment policy, rules, law governing processes
  • Ability to meet the unit's work and quality performance requirements
  • Works well with team members and all customers

Qualifications
To Qualify, You Must Clearly Demonstrate:

Required Experience and/or Education:

9 mos. trg. or 9 mos. exp. in office practices & procedures; 9 mos. trg. or 9 mos. exp. in public relations or customer service that included techniques for handling difficult people; 9 mos. trg. or 9 mos. exp. in typing, keyboarding, data entry or word processing; 9 mos. trg. or 9 mos. exp. in operation of personal computer.

-Or equivalent of Minimum Qualifications for Employment noted above.
