9 mos. trg. or 9 mos. exp. in office practices & procedures; 9 mos. trg. or 9 mos. exp. in public relations or customer service that included techniques for handling difficult people; 9 mos. trg. or 9 mos. exp. in typing, keyboarding, data entry or word processing; 9 mos. trg. or 9 mos. exp. in operation of personal computer.

What You'll Do:
- Handles application and inquiry intake box and assigns to worklists
- Receives & processes provider applications/record update requests
- Ability to properly utilize several BWC systems and external websites necessary to perform work duties
- Verifies data via professional contacts by phone or in writing to customers for information
- Handle complex inquires utilizing provider enrollment policy, rules, law governing processes
- Ability to meet the unit's work and quality performance requirements
- Works well with team members and all customers
