and serve as the second largest Law Enforcement presence in the State of Ohio. We are accepting applications for a Customer Service Assistant 2, District 4 Office (1 position available - Athens County) within the

What you will do...
  • Primarily assist constituents who contact 1-800-Wildlife or email the division's customer service inbox.
  • Provide critical guidance throughout the licensing process to buyers and agents on topics such as licensing requirements and system operation.
  • Act as a first point of contact for customers and maintain communication as needed.
  • Work closely with other members of customer service staff to field a high call volume.
  • Support administrative efforts.

  • 2-3 days per week, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Qualifications - External

9 mos. trg. or 9 mos. exp. in office practices & procedures; 9 mos. trg. or 9 mos. exp. in public relations or customer
service that included techniques for handling difficult people; 9 mos. trg. or 9 mos. exp. in typing, keyboarding, data entry
or word processing; 9 mos. trg. or 9 mos. exp. in operation of personal computer.
-Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.

Technical Skills: Basic Documentation, Clerical and Data Entry, Customer Service

Professional Skills: Establishing Relationships, Problem Solving, Customer Focus

Qualifications
