  • This role is onsite in Richardson TX - 75082 ; Shift Hours 9AM-9 PM CST (9 hours shift, candidates need to be flexible with shift timings)
  • Collect the delinquent amount from the customer over the phone or take promises from them on making the payment.
  • Make collection calls to the customers, emailing/faxing invoices or getting hard copies mailed out to customers as per their requests also Reconcile orders to match customer books, including validating credits or debits and sending them to customer for collection or refund and follow up on customer/internal disputes, customer questions and working between departments to get a resolution.
  • Attending inbound calls and help customer in dispute resolution, making payments, sharing statement etc.
  • Should be able to effectively communicate while providing quality customer service as well as actively pursue knowledge of skills and tools to be used in all collection efforts.
  • Provide payment plans basis customer requirement.
  • Negotiate with customers to ensure they can make their account current.
  • Work with the team members and the team lead to ensure team meets the SLAs month on month.
