Insight Global is looking for a remote Customer Service Representative for one of our largest medical device clients. The representative will be responsible for receiving 35-40 inbound calls a day from client patients. Patients will call in with issues regarding product orders, shipment information, item information, and product function. As the front line of customer service, the individual should be ready and able to foster customer loyalty and be ablet absorb a large amount of information to serve the patients. The client is looking for a self-motivated multi-tasker. They should be comfortable working on multiple items at once while speaking with the patient like managing call center queues, navigating product manuals, taking patient information, and browsing shipment information. Work will be done under little supervision, so the representative must be a self-starter and be able to remedy issues using prior customer service knowledge. As a client-facing role, the representative must be able to pass a drug-test.

Required Skills & Experience
A.S/GED or equivalent experience (1-2 years in customer facing role/customer service)
Ability to deliver exceptional customer service over the phone in a timely and efficient manner
Access to a strong and stable internet in a quiet environment.
Must be able to pass a drug test
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Certifications (Excel, MS Office, etc.)
- Call center work
- Experience in the medical industry
