Addison Group's Client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis.

Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Denver, CO (Downtown)

Compensation: $20-21/hr

Hours: 8-5 M-F

Duties:

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls, approximately 55-60 per day, following a ramp-up period to reach full call-handling capacity.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information in a professional and courteous manner.
• Respond promptly and effectively to customer service tickets, ensuring all issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
• Document all interactions and solutions in the ticketing system for future reference and continuous improvement.
• Engage with customers through live chat, offering real-time assistance and resolving inquiries quickly and efficiently.
• Balance multiple chat interactions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service quality.
• Deliver outstanding customer service through both written and verbal communication channels.
• Address customer needs with empathy, patience, and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience in every interaction.
• Accurately update customer information and interaction details in the system.
• Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring the integrity of customer data and service history.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience as a Customer Service Representative
• Willingness to work on-site
