Job Responsibilities

• Answer back to back calls chats and emails to resolve customer issues.
• Build strong relationships with our customers.
• Ensure that each interaction is a memorable, positive experience.
• Resolve the problem quickly and ensure the situation does not escalate.
• Speak clearly with empathy in both positive and negative situations.
• Multi-task while on calls, chats or emails.
• Resolve all issues while maintaining a cost efficient handle time.
• Meet quality and efficiency expectations
• We provide the necessary equipment to meet the job expectations while working from home

• Uninterrupted home office space and high-speed internet with at least 20Mbps download and 3Mbps upload consistently
• A minimum of 6 months customer service experience
• call center experience required
• Data Entry and Typing Skills testing required
• Smartphone and additional computer or tablet required

Associate Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED
• Background Check
• Drug Test
• Must be at least 18 years old
