Daikin Applied is seeking a Customer Service Representative II who will achieve world class Customer Service within a Team environment by answering phones in a timely fashion, process orders efficiently and communicate customer complaints to provide immediate resolution. Location: Plymouth, MN, Hybrid once a month/once a week

What you will do:
  • Fields incoming calls to assure effective and efficient handling of calls and timely processing of orders
  • Ensures that order processing is accurate and timely
  • Support managers needs such as customer complaint resolution and exceeding customer expectations
  • Acts as customer contact regarding pricing and shipping
  • Recommends corrective actions to resolve customer complaints
  • Handles various special projects as assigned by manager

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School or GED
  • Computer Skills - Microsoft Office
  • Detail oriented and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer Service experience (preferred)
  • Bilingual Spanish Speaking Experience a bonus
