The ideal candidate will have 2 years of call center or related office experience along with a High School diploma. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, organized professional with essential data entry and multi-tasking skills.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Perform high volume data entry to deliver precise and timely orders
• Respond to incoming calls from the customers to take their orders
• Answer questions and inquiries
• Troubleshoot problems
• Provide information
• Handle complaints regarding the organization's products or services

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

• 2+ years of call center or related office experience
• High School diploma or GED (Graduate Equivalent Degree), ideally with Associates degree
• Strong general computer skills
• Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills
