Customer Service Representative

Type: Contract to Hire- 100% in office

Pay: $18 per hour, may have some flexibility

Hours: Monday-Friday 9a-6p

Summary:

The Customer Service Representative, reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, is responsible for exceeding customer expectations and requirements for assigned accounts. This role requires versatility in receiving and relaying instructions, attention to detail, and the ability to meet strict deadlines. Successful performance of essential duties requires organization and detail orientation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

• Communicate professionally with customers via email, phone, or in person, and receive orders for assigned accounts.
• Will have face to face customer interaction on occasion
• Collaborate effectively in a team environment and work independently when necessary to achieve goals.
• Complete contract forms, determine service charges, communicate account changes, and ensure orders and changes are executed.
• Address billing or service complaints professionally, referring service failures to the Customer Service Manager.
• Cross-train on all accounts and provide backup to other Customer Service Representatives.
• Include the Customer Service Manager in all customer communications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:

• One-year certificate from a college or technical school; or three to six months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Drug/background required
• Must have a stable work history
