Insight Global is seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Rep in Oklahoma City, OK for a 9 month contract to hire position. This person will be trained as a customer service representative, answering calls from Integris patients and caregivers, internal employees, etc. Willingness to work Holidays and weekends is a must.
• Answer phones and route the calls to the appropriate recipient.
Having great attendance and punctuality is a must.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
