What we need from you:

Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints
Schedule shipments by calendar to ensure all loads can be shipped as planned
Responsible for having UWC Transportation loads preloaded on time for delivery
Process freight orders and bills of landing and ensure drivers sign all necessary paperwork
Run stock reports to check for product availability and ensure proper stock rotation
Check all orders for special requests and post inventory record

What we need from you:

High school diploma or GED
2 years Customer Service experience
10 key
Basic computer skills
Experience with database, accounting and enterprise resource planning software
