As a Customer Service Support, you'll join a collaborative team ensuring that our clients can deliver their services - uninterrupted. Based in Pembroke Pines, FL, you'll have the opportunity to perform a variety of tasks for municipal services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Serve as office courier, which included but not limited to,
• Making visits to government departments or other offices or sites as required for document collection and submittal.
• Collecting and/or delivering mail from post boxes when needed.
• Under moderate to limited supervision, performs moderate skills required to operate business equipment associated with facilities related tasks.
• Use intermediate skills to operate business equipment associated with mailroom, copy center, and telephone/reception areas.
• Performs other related duties as required.
Qualifications - External
Here's What You'll Need:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Possess a valid driver's license with no major infractions
Ideally, You'll Also Have:
• Provides customer assistance in response to problems and related service inquiries.
• Receives or initiates customer contact in order to resolve complaints.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow directions
• Must be able to use a telephone and communicate effectively.
