Customer Support Engineer II

Responsible for on-site servicing and/or modification of Semiconductor products onsite at customer locations. Provides hands-on technical support at customer locations covering the operation of the equipment, as well as being responsible for the execution of preventative and corrective maintenance activities. Excellent communication skills and serves as a liaison between the customer and various stakeholders in Japan and the USA, on a variety of technical and logistic responsibilities. Provides feedback to service, sales and technical support groups on customers needs and requests.

This role can pay between $60K - 90K based on experience.

Required Skills & Experience

2-4 years of experience working in Electro-Mechanical roles in the semiconductor industry

Experience working on robotics systems on semiconductor toolsets

Ability to work overtime and/or travel on short notice, including unscheduled or other shifts.

Associates or higher education in Electro/Mechanical or Electronic field
