Customer Support Specialist - Written

Insight Global is seeking individuals with excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated
attention to detail, creative problem solving skills, and a positive team player who wants to contribute to
the success of their team. As a Strategic Accounts Customer Support Specialist you will be responsible
for processing EDI IDOCS for customers supported by Germantown customer service teams and
assigning requests from the Central Service inbox while working directly with team members and Airgas
associates.

Required Skills & Experience

High School Diploma required. Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred.
2 years of customer service/sales experience
Or Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
