CV Operations Coordinator- Non Invasive Cardiology

The Imaging Operations Coordinator will coordinate and manage various aspects of patient care, office administration, and imaging scheduling within the Non-Invasive Cardiology department. This role involves material management, patient access, care coordination, scheduling, and reporting, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication between patients, medical staff, and other departments. Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with the mission, vision, and values of Tampa General Hospital.

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or G.E.D. required. AA/AS preferred. Understanding of transcription, dictation, reports, medical terminology and/or radiology terminology required. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office. At least 1 year of related experience required. Medical Transcription Certification from an accredited program optional.
