Piper Companies is looking for a Cybersecurity Operations Managerto provide cyber security for an international political organization! This is a full-time position with hybrid flexibility out of Washington DC.

Essential Duties of theCybersecurity Operations Manager:

• Manage adoption and compliance with cybersecurity processes, procedures, and policies.
• Continuously assess the organization's security posture, report findings, make recommendations, implement agreed recommendations, and monitor processes.
• Identify, assess, and monitor areas of risk as it relates to data protection, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with the team to manage the identifying and responding to cyber threats within the network.

Qualifications of theCybersecurity Operations Manager:

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity and project management.
• Deep understanding of mechanics of threat hunting and incident response.
• Certifications such as: CISSB, CISM, CTPRP
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• B.S. or M.S. in Cybersecurity or related field

Compensation for the Cybersecurity Operations Manager:

• $150,000 - $185,000 (based on experience)
• 2 days remote per week
