The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our global logistics team. Together we can build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users.
Responsibilities
1. Take part in system solution design for domestic network and carrier management, including system configuration, training and other go-to-market activities.
2. With excellent data and business analysis capabilities. Have the ability to discover issues through data mining and be able to formulate network and allocation system improvement opportunities.
3. Perform in-depth research and analysis of the local carrier market. Work closely with the local operation team and logistic partners, constantly innovate and optimize operation models and system solutions.
4. Establish system operation and maintenance mechanisms, including requirement management, project management and root cause analysis.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of delivery network system solution experience or carrier management system experience.
2. Excellent skills in data analysis and research.
3. Excellent communication, cross-team collaboration and system project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Diverse regions and cultural work experience is preferred
2. Experience in international e-commerce logistics is preferred
