Job Title: D365 F&O Implementation Consultant

We are seeking an experienced D365 F&O Implementation Consultantwith extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in various modules, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Rentals, and other essential areas. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support and expertise in the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) environment, ensuring smooth operation and optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) to end-users, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Module Expertise: Utilize your expertise in AP, AR, Rentals, and other relevant modules to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve system-related issues.
  • System Maintenance: Perform regular system maintenance, including updates, patches, and configurations, to ensure efficient system operation.
  • User Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of D365 F&O modules, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge to perform their tasks effectively.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of support activities, issues, and resolutions to create a knowledge base for future reference.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, and Operations, to identify and address system improvements and enhancements.
  • Incident Management: Manage and prioritize incidents and service requests, ensuring timely communication and resolution to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization, providing recommendations and implementing changes to enhance system performance and user experience.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of experience working with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O), focusing on AP, AR, Rentals, and other relevant modules.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in D365 F&O configuration, customization, and troubleshooting. Strong understanding of database management and SQL.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 F&O are notable.
