Job description

Infosys is seeking an Environment Management Support Consultant. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty; be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson (TX) or be willing to relocate to the area.
Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent will consider work experience in lieu of a degree.
7+ years of Information Technology experience
Min 7 Years of hands-on experience in dealing environment management support with multiple skill sets - Cloud (AWS/Azure), PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry), Mulesoft, IBM Websphere, Oracle, SQL, Linux and Python

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in dealing environment management support with multiple skill sets - Cloud (AWS/Azure), PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry), Mulesoft, IBM Websphere, Oracle, SQL, Linux and Python.
Expertise in trouble shooting issues and finding root cause, fix for issues
Well versed with ITIL process, usage of tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA
Positive attitude and technical mentoring skills are must
Health care domain knowledge is plus/added advantage

The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
