Job Description

A Fortune 50 Client in the Greater Seattle Area is looking for an Analytics Program Manager to help Collaborate with US Immigration (USI) department's teams, including Analytics and Operations (A&O), Legal SMEs, Legal Process Outsourcing and other stakeholders.

o Data-driven monitoring of immigration workstream health

o Build and analyze output of data models to drive strategic planning and forecasting

o Build systems to identify, implement, and monitor quality control measures

o Identify and implement measurable process improvement opportunities

o Liaise between all stakeholders to ensure seamless

operations and project rollouts

o Build resilient processes to deliver repeatable and reproducible outcomes

• In collaboration w A&O, Legal SMEs and other stakeholders, build and execute project plans including:

o Define project requirements such as project milestones, phases, and elements

o Form project team

o Establish and monitor project budget

o Build and execute communication strategy

o Conduct risk analyses and mitigation strategies

o Monitor and report on project progress

o Identify and resolve project blockers

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program/project management experience

• SQL, Excel, & PowerBI experience

• Power Query experience

• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply chain management, or Engineering

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate right information to right stakeholder at the right time

• Experience supporting high volume operations with a large organization

• Deep attention to detail, organizational, time management, and troubleshooting skills

• Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize and manage work accordingly

• Deep comfort navigating complexity and ambiguity

• Customer obsession

• 100% availability to work onsite

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerBI, Visio

Preferred Qualifications

• Supply chain and/or logistics experience
