Our client, a fortune 500 financial client is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have Data Analysis, Tableau Experience and be a team player which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Charlotte NC

Pay Range: 65-68$/HR on W2

What's the Job?

• Utilize data analytics experience to synthesize issues, metrics, and control data for thematic analysis.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and team-building skills to drive decision-making in a complex technical landscape.
• Model and influence a self-serve approach to gaining knowledge and proactively sharing with others.
• Produce and maintain consumable artifacts that support policy and process adherence, as well as executive-level reporting.
• Leverage advanced Excel skills, including VLookups and Pivot Tables, for data analysis.

What's Needed?

• 4+ years of experience with Tableau and Power BI.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, including VLookups and Pivot Tables.
• Proven experience in data analytics.
• Expertise in Tableau dashboard development.
• Strong ability to produce and maintain executive-level reporting artifacts.
