About The Role:



As a Data Analytics Lead in our Global People Solutions (GPS) practice, your focus will be on developing an analytics strategy and applying the appropriate tools to draw actionable insights from our book of business data. You will collaborate closely with GPS leadership and consultants to identify data priorities for the business as well as the reporting and metrics most important to our multinational clients, including benchmark data. You will provide recommendations for new reports and improvements to existing reports. By collaborating closely with fellow GPS and other Lockton People Solutions teams, you will turn complex data originating in multiple countries into actionable insights, paving the way for innovative solutions that meet client needs. The data analytics strategy you will lead is fundamental to the future growth of the GPS practice and the success of our clients. You will interact with all areas of the business and must be able to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This position reports directly to the head of Innovation, Compliance and Intellectual Capital and will collaborate closely with the head of Technology and Operations within the GPS practice.



Core Responsibilities:

  • Analytics Strategy Development: Create and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy for internal business management goals and to surface meaningful insights for clients. Expand the analysis methods and visualizations of the GPS practice to facilitate data-driven strategic decision-making. Champion new data processes and improve data collection approaches (through Salesforce, surveys, etc.) to enhance the practice’s ability to collect and aggregate data at scale. Proactively identify data quality issues and recommend data integrity checks to alert users when such issues occur.
  • Insights Generation: Analyze data from Salesforce and other sources to extract meaningful insights on internal business management and on multinational employee benefits market practice. Translate findings into actionable benchmark and market trend data for GPS Associates and clients. Develop analytic solutions to align with multinational client needs, managing significant aspects of projects with varying complexity. Explore aggregated datasets to uncover and support research and development efforts in industry-level trends and insights.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with fellow GPS Associates and Lockton People Solutions teams around the world to identify key data sets and adopt appropriate analytical frameworks. Actively engage in working groups across Lockton international offices to enhance our analytic capabilities. Foster engagement within the broader Lockton analytics community, contributing to cross-functional teams and initiatives.
  • Client Focus: Collaborate with fellow GPS Associates to understand the benchmark and data needs of our multinational clients. Develop analytics solutions that address their challenges and drive value. Develop ways to flexibly apply data transformations to meet client needs.
  • Data Visualization: Create compelling visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights effectively. Use tools like Power BI, Tableau, or other relevant platforms.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Propose enhancements to existing processes and tools.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Social Sciences, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, strategy development, or business intelligence.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRMs is helpful
  • Ability to work outside normal business hours as needed
  • Available to travel as needed
  • Legally able to work in the United States
