Kearney & Company is seeking a Data Analytics Support Specialist to join our team! We are seeking a candidate with a strong foundation in data analytics that can support complex data analysis and provide valuable insights to support our clients' financial and business operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Python, R, and Excel, and will possess, strong analytical and problem-solving skills and be we versed in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI. The role involves performing in-depth research, analysis, and reporting, with an attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality. Duties include but are not limited to: Document and implement best practices in data analytics and data governance. Work closely with cross-functional teams, acting as a liaison between the data analytics team and process owners. Coordinate, document, and interpret requirements with project owners Continuously seek opportunities to improve data processes and methodologies. Gather data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness Clean and preprocess data to ensure suitability for analysis. Identify trends, patterns, and insights from complex data sets. Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA). Utilize tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to create dashboards, graphs, and other visualizations to present data insights effectively. Present findings to stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights. Stay updated with the latest tools and technologies in data analytics. Qualifications Minimum 2 years experience BA/BS/BBA degree from an accredited college/university Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Excel) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Perform in-depth research, analysis, and reporting Effective communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance (U.S citizenship required) Preferred Qualifications Prior experience supporting government agencies Strong understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards, and financial management practices Experience with financial management data and/or systems (e.g., ERP systems) KCO1701 #LI-Remote Overview Exclusively focused on the Government, Kearney & Company provides financial services, including auditing, consulting, and technology services. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).
