Data Entry Specialist

Our client in the insurance industry is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join their team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be part of the data entry team supporting the membership and enrollment processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, speed and efficiency, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Data Entry Specialist

Location: Onsite, Mason, OH (Hybrid- onsite for meetings)

Pay Range: $16 per hour

What's the Job?

• Accurately key data into the AS400 system from handwritten forms
• Comfortably use various data entry systems as well as web-based applications
• Manage heavy workloads and adapt to varying duties
• Complete required courses for compliance purposes and HiTrust/Security requirements

What's Needed?

• Prior experience in data entry is essential
• Pass additional Eyemed OIG/GSA screenings
• Minimum of 9,000 keystrokes per hour (KSPH) with 99% accuracy
• Ability to read and interpret handwritten forms
• Previous knowledge or experience in the insurance industry is helpful
