Data Entry Specialist

An employer in the Goodlettsville area is looking for a Data Entry Specialist to assist the team. This person is expected to reach out to different managers, or stores to get updates or data on unemployment information or background investigations. This person needs to be comfortable having those conversations and have experience making outbound calls. They will work through two internal systems as well to navigate getting these updates and need to be comfortable doing so. This is a high volume setting, but a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a large retail client and grow with their team.

Required Skills & Experience

1-2 years of CSR experience
2-4 years of experience in a high volume setting
Comfortable navigating multiple systems at once
Outbound calling experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Prior knowledge of unemployment cases or background investigations

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
