Description: About the Position

The Data Management Analyst handles the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for all contracts assigned to them. Deliverables, referred to as CDRLs, are identified by investigating the contracts and associated attachments and by coordinating with the United States Government (USG) Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and General Dynamics Land Systems (GDLS) program management. The analyst handles all scheduling, delivery, and follow up required to ensure on time delivery of all requirements and handles any issues that arise. Updated Delivery Orders, Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs), and Work Directives are sent directly to the analyst for disposition. Analysts are to be a one stop shop for all things related to contract deliverables for a given contract.

Responsibilities to Anticipate/Expect
  • Provide expertise related to CDRLs for contracts.
  • Process all contract updates.
  • Schedule CDRL requirements and communicating need dates to authors.
  • Deliver CDRLs on time.
  • Resolve any issues with the USG COR and GDLS PM.
  • Maintain and report on department / contract metrics.
  • Handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) data according to process and enforcing CUI data process standards.
  • Assist associates with contract complexities and issue resolution.
  • Train new employees and providing existing employees with refresher training and job aids.
  • Learn additional USG databases in order to back up other analysts.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 - 5 years of professional experience
  • 2+ years of contractual experience
  • This position will require eligibility to obtain a US security clearance. (Non-US Citizens may not be eligible)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to obtain a USG Common Access Card (CAC Card)
  • Experience with government contracts and interacting with a USG customer
  • Detailed planning and organization
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders on complex issues. (Daily interaction with colleagues, leaders, and customer)
  • Ability to self-motivate and work on a diverse set of assignments
  • Attention to detail and adherence to process
  • Ability to learn new technologies and participate in process improvements
Bonus Qualifications
  • Experience in relational databases a plus
  • Experience with automated process improvement a plus
