Our team is responsible for the centralized E-commerce shopping center experience, by delivering strategic, data-driven insights and product analytics, fostering collaborative partnerships, and enhancing decision-making processes through proactive and independent analysis.

Responsibilities:
-Provide actional insights to improve quality for Tiktok US logistics and Supply Chain.
-Maintain & improve operation performance index; assist top management to monitor the weekly and bi-monthly operation performance; analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports;
-Cooperate with logistics teams to set strategy, e.g. Leadtime improvement, cost reduction, logistics experience rating, etc; communicate findings to influence others to take actions;
-Follow-up data analysis of local operation teams in several overseas markets, support operation and provide optimization suggestions;
Cooperate with Products and ETL teams to define system requirements, build data products, improve and roll-out product features to support business.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
-Currently pursuing a (BS/MS/MBA/PhD) in quantitative fields such as Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Operation Research, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, etc
-Proficient in SQL, Python or R
-To succeed in the role, you need to be a proactive, self-driven and impact-driven person.
-Be able to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Preferred previous experience working in data science, or bachelor's degree, majoring in quantitative field statistics is preferred.
-E-commerce or experience in supply-chain&logistics is strongly preferred.
