Job Requirements
Education

Required

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems or related discipline or a combination of education, experience and certifications.

• Education equivalency equals two years of directly related professional experience for every year of education not completed. The stated experience is in addition to any experience used to meet the education equivalency.

Experience

Required

• Five years of enterprise level experience as an Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server database administrator.

• Experience in designing, implementing and maintaining highly scalable and fault tolerant database architecture using Oracle RDMS versions 19c and above, Microsoft SQL Server 2017 and above.

• Experience in performance tuning, security and disaster recovery in an Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server environment.

• Experience with Oracle 19c, Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM), Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio and Linux

• Experience with PL/SQL creating application tables, packages, procedures, views and triggers.

• Experience with database tuning, Java, XML, Linux and/or shell-scripting.

Desired

• IT Project Management experience

• Cloud experience with Oracle, Azure and/or AWS

• Experience in designing database architectures accommodating Oracle products such as Oracle Energy and Water/Oracle Utilities software systems, Oracle E-Business Suite, ECC, OBIEE, Web Center, Hyperion, SOA and APEX.

• Experience maintaining Oracle applications and WebLogic

Licenses and Certifications Requirements

• Oracle DBA certification

• Microsoft SQL Server DBA certification - Desired
