Your Main Goal:
  • Leads a team of Senior and Journeyman Database Administrators to design, structure, produce documentation, upgrades, operational guidelines, and protection of the Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment environment.
  • Ensures database modeling and design, relational database architecture, metadata and repository creation for the Enterprise Business Solutions - Convergence program incorporates industry wide best practices. .
  • The Database team u ses data mapping, data mining and data transformational analysis tools to design and develop databases for the program .
  • Responsible for ensuring data is entered and review ed within the database, ensuring user data integrity, maintaining database support tools, database tables and dictionaries, recovery and back-up procedures, and making recommendations regarding enhancements and/or improvements all within an Agile SAFe environment .
  • Works independently or as part of the database team to achieve day-to-day goals at the direction of the ERB-C Solutions Architect and in collaboration with Senior and SME Software Developers on the EBS-C program .
  • Develops technical solutions to significantly complex issues associated with the EBS-C databases that require collaboration with other technical experts such as the Solutions Architect , Software Developers and Project Manager .
  • Coaches and trains other database administrators on the program on the development and analysis of the EBS-C Database applications .
  • Communicates with other technical staff including prime contractor, 1901 group technical experts on the EBS-C program.
  • Reports to Leidos EBS-C Solutions Architect and EBS-C Project Manager.


What Sets You Apart:
  • BS degree and 12- 15 years of prior relevant experience . Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Requires ability to communicate with executive leadership (internally or prime or government ) regarding matters of significant importance to the EBS-C project.
  • Requires in-depth understanding of Database principles, theories, concepts, and how to apply them in an Agile SAFe environment.
  • Requires expert knowledge of and ability to apply advanced principles, and concepts applicable to EBS-C .
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Requires CompTIA Security+

You Might Also Have:
  • Working knowledge of EBS-C
  • Lead SAP/ERP migrations or other Database Application migrations to the Cloud.
  • As an expert works in SAFe principles to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

Clearance:
  • Requires an active DoD Secret security clearance.

Pay Range: Pay Range $122,200.00 - $220,900.00
