Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Database Administrator & Integration Specialist. This resource will be responsible for collaborating with the Database Supervisor and Sr. Data Engineer on the implementation of robust and scalable enterprise data solutions to support the company's current & future initiatives including building out and maintaining the strategy for our cloud database infrastructure as well as maintaining the current on prem SQL server databases and related systems. This individual is responsible for leading the team in cutting edge technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. The Sr. DBA & Integration Specialist is expected to provide the DBA team with expertise as well as to provide support for the company's On-prem and cloud SQL Servers to include performance monitoring, level I troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and process/procedure improvements as they pertain to database administration.

Required Skills & Experience

* 10 + years production experience installing and administering Microsoft SQL Server (2008 and up) - including on-prem

* Intermediate knowledge of TSQL and writing TSQL codes

* Strong experience in database tuning and project support, database server upgrades and migrations, writing and troubleshooting database stored procedures.

* Experience with SQL Server AlwaysOn

* Experience using Azure Data Factory

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* SnowFlake

* Experience using PowerShell to automate administration tasks
