  • Contribute to cycle time, safety, ergonomic, and efficiency improvements on production lines.
  • Utilize 3D modeling software, 3D printing, and machining tools to design and implement improvements.
  • Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and areas for process optimization.
  • Assist in modifying and improving existing manufacturing processes based on data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes, ensuring enhanced production performance and safety.
  • Support the development of new tooling and fixtures to improve production line ergonomics and efficiency.
  • This position does not provide relocation assistance and housing stipend.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with 3D modeling software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and an interest in 3D printing and machining.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and apply production data to improve processes.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing workflows and process optimization.
  • Knowledge of ergonomic and safety considerations in a production environment is a plus.
  • Hands-on problem-solving approach, with a detail-oriented mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
