Dental Call Center Representative

Insight Global is looking for a Dental Call Center Representative for one of our healthcare clients in Dallas, TX.

This individual will be required to work onsite - Monday through Friday from 8am - 5pm.

Responsibilities will include:
Managing inbound and outbound calls
Handle patient appointment management
Accurately input and maintain all patient records, while ensuring HIPAA standards
Assist with insurance and billing assistance

Required Skills & Experience

1-2 years of experience in a dental or medical clinic, preferably in a call center or front desk role
Excellent telephone etiquette
High School Diploma or equivalent
