Overview

The Deployment Staff Officer will be responsible for managing the process to assist travelers with routine Defense Travel System (DTS) administrative tasks. Performs as the Organizational Defense Travel Administrator and will be responsible for assisting, providing guidance, and training concerning DTS. Makes necessary reservations for travels and at the conclusion of travel ensures that the traveler completes all necessary documentation. Supports the designated task force with administrative functions and deployment processes. Demonstrates exceptional oral and written communication skills and the ability to work in a fast pace environment.

• Experience with Defense Travel System (DTS)
• Managing a large team
• Coordinating administrative operational functions
