A banking employer is looking to hire a Desktop Engineer to join their team onsite in Middletown, CT. This position will be part of the IT team within the End User Services Group. This will require onsite support 5 days per week at the company office headquarters in Middletown. The Desktop Engineer will be responsible for technical support and troubleshooting specifically for Office 365 and related application support. This resource will also be responsible for workstation modernization as well as building imaging for laptops and desktops. They will also be responsible for various software packaging and related technologies. The ideal resource will have a strong technical support background coupled with customer service abilities in order to provide deskside, remote, and over the phone technical support.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience as a Desktop Engineer or related role
Experience with PC builds including imaging of computers
Experience troubleshooting O365 and O365 support
Experience with Intune, SCCM, and/or related technologies
