An employer is looking for a Desktop Support Field Technician in the Radnor, PA area.
The Desktop Support Technician will provide level 1 and level 2 deskside support . We are looking for someone that is comfortable desk side with end users. They will be working on hardware preforming Break/Fix, troubleshoot software issues, Imaging PCs and software deployments using SCCM. And will be responsible for repair HP printers (Tear downs, replace fusers, maintenance kits).

5+ years of Desktop Support experience
Troubleshooting Outlook
Work with a Ticketing System (Prioritizing Tickets and process)
Troubleshoot issues with user accounts and domain accounts
Determine whether issue is related to PC, Application or the Network(Citrix)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Healthcare Industry
MCSA
A+ Certification
Bachelors Degree
